It was hard to find but our driver was willing to drive on the dirt road and helped us find the right path to hike down less than 10 minutes to get out to the cliff. So worth it!! We go there on October 9th, 2019 and found out that the easiest way is to go by car. Just follow the sign and when you arrive you will be asked 50 thousand rupiah to go inside and park the car that time not was weekday and not many people came. It is an off road but manageable for standard cars. The local people will ask for more if you bring drone. From the point where we park the car it is only 3 minutes walk. The view is stunning the sun plunging into waves dashing against the cliff- this scene is literally mesmerizing. It was hard to find but our driver was willing to drive on the dirt road and helped us find the right path to hike down less than 10 minutes to get out to the cliff. So worth it!! Standing on top of the cliff looking out into the ocean, with no one else around, was a breathtaking experience and one I’ll never forget. Not to mention, it made for a great photo! We go there on October 9th, 2019 and found out that the easiest way is to go by car. Just follow the sign and when you arrive you will be asked 50 thousand rupiah to go inside and park the car that time not was weekday and not many people came. It is an off road but manageable for standard cars. The local people will ask for more if you bring drone. From the point where we park the car it is only 3 minutes walk. I can thoroughly recommend a visit to the coast near Ulawatu/Pecatu/Ungasan. The sunset was perfect. You may enjoy it on the clifftop of Karang Bomo. When the sunset was slowly turned down into the ocean, the weave sang romantically. I love the vibes. I'm just speechless with the view here. Best time to get here is around 5 and enjoy until the sun set, and dont leave this place bfr u see the colorful sky right after the sun set.
